Common questions about our coverage
Do you install outside the capital cities?
Yes. We regularly install in regional New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland, plus Tasmania and the Northern Territory. Freight and travel are quoted upfront in the proposal.
Who maintains the aquarium after installation?
A local Ecology Aquatics technician is assigned to every system, with fortnightly or monthly service visits, water testing, livestock health checks and remote monitoring of temperature and water parameters.
How long does a build take in my city?
Eight to fourteen weeks from approved concept to a fully stocked system, in every state. Fabrication happens in our studio while site works run in parallel.
Can you work with our builder or architect?
Always. We provide load, plumbing, electrical and plant-room documentation at design stage so your trades can build around the aquarium from day one. See recent projects.
